To charge it via a mobile phone sized adaptor takes about 5 hours or so you can tell the battery level via the four blue lights on the side

That being said though you can use any cable you have to attach it to your phone

You just need to make sure that you charge it ever few days as i have found that if i havent used it over the weekend it runs out of power
