Reviewer says they are the best flip flops she's ever worn. They are comfortable enough to wear all day with no foot pain. There is nothing abrasive about the finish, even between my toes where the thong runs.
The arch support is great! And it's good i did. Oh and really like the green color!

Overall pretty pleased with this strong flip flop but not sure if by again.

The support is firm but cushioned as the shoes are rubber

I would not recommend this size 9 for someone who normally does wear a size 9 that person should go up to a 10
