When i contacted amazon about that they said they were sorry but really there was not a lot they could do other than for me to send the item back when i received it and by the cheaper item

One set of headphones would work and the other set of headphones would only play audio out of one ear

I can hear audio in stereo with great volume levels out of both sets of headphones
