Pros

The cord has a braded covering that protects the wire. It also has extra protection at the end where the wire on cheaper models always breaks. Works great and is constructed well feels very durable as well as very flexible.

Simple to use. Just plug into the iphone and use with standard headset with 1/8 plug. Works well with facetime and music and videos. The connection is tight and good abd the sound is good.

Cons

I'm typically not that picky about technology, especially unofficial unlicensed products. There seems to be a ton of these cheap knock off adapters all over amazon.
