Did not overheat or cause any issues. Holds up, no noticeable latency and no problems with device discovery. Very pricey though.

Usb devices plugged into it simply aren't recognised by the iphone at all. Nikon d850 and ipad pro but not a * thing was recognized. The usb connection works but the devices will not allow charging with the device.

I tried it with two or three different wall chargers and lightning cables, and i tried using my ipad instead of iphone.

Just decided to go with the brand instead of a cheap knockoff.
