Pros & Cons
Pros
A bit on the heavy side to have in your handbag but worth it if want an umbrella that has your back. It feels sturdier than other umbrellas of the same size. I recomend it for commuting as fulton tornado is a bit too heavy due to bigger size.
This is our 3rd order (husband left the other two on commute). They were purchased for 13, 17 and 20 pounds. Really impressed with the product.
It looks nice, opens and closes easily. Handy one handed popup-popdown mechanism.
Cons
The locking mechanism at the bottom in the handle is rubbish. Design is bizarre as there is a gap in the top where the two pieces of material overlap. Build quality is poor, it's very wobbly and rattles all the time, just feels loose to be honest.
Used once and sent back. Whilst i was likely unlucky and amazon refunded it for me, i am hesitant to order another.
Only about third or fourth time opening. Couldn't collapse fully or lock out canopy. Sprang open when the cover was removed.
Highlights
Quality
The build quality is good, opening/closing mechanism is alright and they keep the rain away.
Quality is acceptable - value for money.
The treated cover makes it very quick-drying.
Price
A bit expensive but justifies its price.
Competitiveness
Smaller than a golf brolly obviously so it's only going to shelter one person.
Less sturdy than a larger brolly, but with less windage and the inbuilt vents it should survive a strongish wind.

I do not like that that to close the handle you need a lot of strength and have to push it from the wet top getting your hands wet anyway
