Quality build, easy to use and convert to monopod or hiking pole.
Original review: out of the package i was impressed with the lightweight feel of the tripod.
The monopod leg glue was very poor quality.
I could not be more impressed with the quality of the esddi tripod.
Price
All in all this tripod is nice and light, and the price is right.
Shipping
Being international shipping, it took about three weeks but it arrived as promised and i have a fully functional tripod again.
Shipping of the ‘pod itself was quicker than the original estimate by two days.
And, the fast change plate adapter will hold any common plate.
Competitiveness
I was in the market for a well-made tall (72 plus) tripod and this one really fit the bill.
This is my third or fourth esddi product and i'm been very happy with all of them.
It works well for a ptz camera with little motion when the camera repositions.
A big thank you and thumbs up to esddi customer service!

The head offers a smooth y axis motion and the pan handle does tighten and loosen as it should not all pan handle tripod heads do

What was a nice addition is the number of extra accessories they had in their bag to connect not only dslr pointandshoot cameras but also cell phone cameras
