Since both were not feeling well they took turns using to to warm up their necks and backs as it was very cold during christmas time

The product is made quite nicely and heats up nicely

It makes the part that heats up 6 inches shorter but it works much better

I sure hope i can wash that part out as i like the heat and comfort part
