It adds a bit more heft, but not in a way that tires you out, thereby besting analogue books in that important category. If you want to add a fine touch of aesthetically pleasing luxury to your reading experience, this is it. It truly is a standout.
Bought this at a cheaper price because the packaging was damaged. I know it is expensive but i have no regrets finally purchasing it. Very highly recommended for purchase.
For those who appreciate beauty, this ever-changing cover is a work of art. It barely shows any wear after eleven years, and it feels so nice in the hands. Since i like the look of distressed leather this is good for me.
It is soft, almost feels like suede, but it is leather. Soft but not slippery. Leather is buttery soft. It is comfortable and classy.

My first case was pu leather and lasted for 3 kindles, i hope this will last even longer
This one accommodates the magnetic on/off feature (a must) and is of seemingly very sturdy construction.
Current covers are nowhere near the quality of this one.
It’s made from fine leather and once you touch and smell it you will know.
Price
I was a little on the sketch side about buying such an expensive case when i knew i could find cheaper, but definitely worth the money.
Really exceeded my expectations, worth every penny.
At $60, i would have been disappointed.
If you just want a functional cover at a low price then look elsewhere.

It served me well for about 8 years but finally the plastic edging just opposite the kindle metal tab began to deteriorate

It finally got to the point that a sharp metal edge probably part of the magnet was cutting my finger so i decide to replace the cover
