Pros

These are great, i have three in my condo, and installed one in a lodge that granted me membership. The black out version are truly * blinds and fit the windows perfectly.

Easy to install look great. Very easy to mount and took maybe 10 minutes to install. Also in case you didnt read, it is a cordless system which is a plus.

The material feels a bit like papery cloth so it does not clean very well but works as intended. They seem sturdy and well made. Good smooth movement up and down and high quality, durable materials.

Linen avenue is an excellent product, priced well. I'm a value shopper and this is a great value buy. The color is excellent. I am psyched.

Shades look great and easily pull down and back up (cordless, you just use a small handle that snaps on to the bottom). Easy installation, raising and lowering. Sometimes getting it to open or close level may be a slight challenge.

Cons

The customer service is pretty much non existent. They refuse to provide any direction on spare parts or instructions to get them fixed. Piece of garbage.
