Great customer service and thankful. Overall a good purchase. I doubt that it is 10 inches deep at the edges, but if you measure in the middle, it probably is, but hey!
It is very comfortable and provides the right amount of firmness and softness. It’s just firm enough but it relieves pressure on my hips and shoulders. It is softer than i would have liked, but in saying that, i think that i like softer now.
Give the mattress a few days to firm up before getting bummed out. Give it about 24 hours to fully inflate. Once taken out of the plastic, it expands within a few hours.
Cons
The mattress is too firm for a memory foam mattress. The product description says it is orthopedic and firm. It is impossible to return the mattress because amazon expects you to return it in the package. The mattress can grow mold.
Pretty disappointed with this.

It’s comfortable and the price is amazing.
Which was ok, i decided to try this bed as the reviews were great and so was the price.

Having owned this bed for a few years i advise to rotate the bed every few months at the very least so that you wear the memory foam at an equal rate
