Pros

I have scoliosis and the softness is cloud like. It is comfortable and cushy, but i need one that is a little bit firmer. If you need a soft or plush upgrade, this is it.

Bought it for my son’s xl, twin, dormitory bed. The mattresses they give us are full xl but bought the queen sized one to be careful. A big improvement over my 6-month old mattress that was supposed to be cushy. Ended up getting a king for home use.

There is overhang but it doesn't matter since it folds in with my sheets and it’s barley any overhang at all. This pad totally removes the complaint of, “my bed is uncomfortable.

Cons

The linenspa 3 inch mattress topper king (swirl) is flat in most of the center area where your body would naturally lay. Doesn't lay flat or anything. It is very soft and forms around you making it hard to turn over.

Amazon says send it back to them. Not happening so far. Also, have contacted the company and sent picture per their request. Will return.

Yes, this company is sneaky and not trustworthy. Would never buy anything from this company. They delete or otherwise change the transaction or product name.
