Device works great. Purchased like new at a discount. It is the strongest router i've had. I am very happy with purchase/ router.
Cons
Wi-fi on the wrt3200acm is flaky. Ghz or 5ghz is horrible. Creating a wireless vlan is not an option, only ethernet vlans are supported. Little control over advanced wireless settings.
Something in it runs so hot it gives off a choking indescribable emission. The open source drivers for the marvel chipset in this unit are very buggy. The oem firmware seems to work ok, but that is not the reason i purchased it.
This router continually pings heartbeat. Usually only happens on computer that is wired to router.

We like this one so much more than the one that came with our internet package.
Competitiveness
Max performance and way faster than the linksys fw.
I run openwrt on one and the linksys firmware on the other.
It is better than the blackhawk i have but neither the black hawk nor the linksys let you setup ssh connection or any advanced features.
It seems to have some issues connecting to wyze and shelly devices.
