Pros

These punch well into $400 universal iem territory and will win just about time.

These sit more at earbud depth where they're in the outer ear cavity so you either need something wide enough to fill your outer ear and have them act as earbuds. Cable is indeed a basic one, but again; it is absolutely usable.

The soundstage is wide and deep. The tuning is quite musical. Anything acoustic is delicate and tangible.

The starfields have a very neutral and natural harman sound signature. The thunderstorm at the beginning of two feet’s ‘love is a *’ is clear and enveloping.

Definitely recommend buying aftermarket tips and cable for these. If you are annoyed by this, it is replaceable. But once i got proper foam tips and a upgraded cable, they are sublime.

Cons

Having no luck with iems honestly. The earphones constantly detach from the wires. The only redeeming quality of these is the sound, but honestly it doesn't strike me as much better than many other options in this price range.

Quality

I ended up going with spinfits, and i’m very happy with the sound offered by those.

Great quality sound and sound stage at this price.

My only gripe is that the ear tips that come with the product don't stay in the ear very well and are hard to size.

Build quality apart from the glue is good i think.

Price

If you want a great sound for a cheap price, get these and some spinfit tips.

Although the eartips and cable aren't the best and could use replacing, overall the sound quality for the price is excellent.

I like them, but maybe not twice as good as my lower cost kz's.

Packaging/appearance

I cannot fault these iems except to say they should include foam tips in the packaging.

On the cable, they're pretty noticable, but on the bl03 itself, they blend into the matieral and are hard to see.

Note: when plugging in the iems to the cable, pay close attention to the tiny l for left and r for right.

Kbear's packaging rivals that of the fiio, at a much lower price.

Competitiveness

They are better than my beyerdynamic soul byrds which were $30 more.

Also they are smaller in physical size and fit in a case with my airpod pros.

They are more heavy on bass than other iems i have, but not bad.

They sound like a pair of nht speakers i have.

These are great sounding iems but i just want to point out that the silicone ear tips are way too loose on the stem and if you shove them way up your ear for a secure fit then they can get stuck when you pull the iem out

I got a silicone tip stuck in my ear before and its not fun so i would highly recommend either upgrading to tighter ear tips or being very careful not to insert the tips too far
