Amplification Requirement
Customers have a positive opinion about the Linsoul Hidizs MP145 In-Ear Monitors, with most praising its excellent sound quality and build. However, some users mention that these IEMs require amplification to fully enjoy their potential. The bass is described as very good, while the treble may have a spike for sensitive listeners. The sound stage is wide but shallow in depth, and the included 4.4mm balanced cable is of good quality. Overall, customers are impressed by the unique sound signature and tuning of these IEMs and highly recommend them.

Price
I have over 20 iems in my collection 150$-2000$ range and i must admit that these are the most enjoyable.
It’s worth the price of admission even at the regular price, but more so if you can catch in on sale.
Packaging/appearance
The one thing i didn’t like so much was the included carry bag, so i got a linsoul “puck” type case, and that’s been working just fine.
Competitiveness
I dont' own the more expensive shure iem's but i'd like to see someone do a comparison.
Mids: the middle frequencies present just a bit more forward compared to the other iems currently in my collection.

After scores of dynamic iems the hidizs mp145 has risen to preferred status

It takes away from some detail in the low end and it’s absolutely not a “bass head” presentation but rather a sound that could be described as a milkshake or syrup

I assume this thick character is source dependent and my dac ifi zen v2 is a bit warm so experience on cleaner or warmer sources will most likely vary

Mids the middle frequencies present just a bit more forward compared to the other iems currently in my collection

That mixed with the thick lows makes for a very interesting sound scape that to me doesn’t really sound like a traditional planar tone
