Pros & Cons
Pros
Newly converted believer in cable upgrades. Using the 16 core mmcx cable with my 7hz timeless and everything about it is awesome. This is a minor quibble and overall i'm very satisfied with these cables.
This is for altea 2. Give it a week or so before listening critically. They are available in several configurations depending on your application. They all work wonderfully.
It's super soft it's like a pice of string. It just feels amazingly luxuriant. My background is in physics and i have patents in electronics, but that doesn't matter.
Ifi zen dac cable is a huge improvement over what came with the iems. Worked very well with my earstudio 100 mk 2 and shure se215 iems. No amp/dac required for this boost. If you want to buy your own, visit ifi.
The altea gets me closer to that ideal. It's also prettier, for what that's worth. More of relevance really:right is red-marked which is convenient.
Cons
The cable itself is not quite soft, it is kinda stiff and refused to stay coiled unlike the c8. This cable delivers muddy sound and removes clarity at both the top and low end of my 64 audio nio's.
Review is for 2 but that's where the praise stops. Unpleasant surprise. Still not a fan. Will be returning.
Highlights
Quality
They feel a little flimsy but they work perfectly and sound quality is awesome.

I don't know if that says anything negative about the quality of the wire inside.
Price
This one is a no brainer at the price.
Packaging/appearance
But as soon as i took it out of the packaging, i fell in love with this one.
The cable that came with my iems was quite thin but still high quality standard 3.
5mm plug is finished, the braided main portion of the cable, and y-splitter, i am a little disappointed by the braiding of the ... Read More
Nevertheless, this is really the only thing i have to complain about in the short-term.
Competitiveness
It's thick; thicker than the stock cable that came with my iems (kz zs10 pros), but despite the thickness, it's much more flexible.
Using the 16 core mmcx cable with my 7hz timeless and everything about it is awesome.
If you are sibilance sensitive or own iems that have elevated highs, avoid this.
I am using it with a fiio m11 plus ltd and campfire audio holocene iem's.
