This is definately a spring/summer weight shirt (even for a dress shirt), unless you plan on wearing it under something warm.
There are no collar stays in the collar, and there are no pockets to accept any collar stays.

I was skeptical because of the low price, and i didn’t get to try it on, but it oaid off.

Came beautifully packaged and that’s a big deal and not to wrinkly.
It came stuffed into a tiny 4"x4" box.
