I would have given it a 5 star if the cars would actually stay together

You can plug the train into the wall no batteries the remote needs 3 aaa batteries which are not included

The train looks and runs great but the couplers dont stay locked so we glued them which works okay

I put more in only to discover the smoke unit leaked through the engine to the tracks

I put it together this time deciding to forego the use of the smoke unit and turning it off from the beginning only to discover the couplersknuckles on the boxcar would not stay clasped no matter how firmly or well i attached it to the cars in front and behind

Fortunately i had yet to complete my return of the original set so i just swapped out the faulty boxcar and now everything is working fine
