Pros

Toy trains can mesmerize kids of all ages. The train is substantial, with alot of fine details that really stand out. It's like you would always see when you were little going around the ceilings and in christmas towns set up everywhere.

Everything about it is a true masterpiece and so very well detailed! You need to have a lot of muscle, and your hands may be a little sore after assembling as mine were. The design is impeccable as lionel is known for.

The control looks suitably retro but, most importantly, actually works! Bluetooth is a fun option. With cutting edge technology and a blu tooth, my son loves his lionel o scale bluetooth trains.

Well packaged, easy to repack for storage, simple to assemble. This is pricey, but you're getting the goods with this set.

Track can be turned into an oval, rectangle or circle. Tracks are far sturdier than the old style was. Built up with a gravel bed which raises it off of your table.

Cons
