Pros

Mushrooms have so many benefits. My focus and mental clarity is drastically improved. I am getting better sleep, i seem to be less stressed with things that normally made me stressed. I have adhd, i swear by this bottle.

Cons

For me did not provide what was proclaimed. None of this is pleasant. Nooooooo refund. They have a zero return policy i was not aware of.
