Seems to work, noticed a cognitive improvement. I'm not sure if i'm feeling the cognitive benefits, but if its keeping my brain health in check, its worth it.
Cons
The advert states that the product us grown in the eu, on my package it states; non-eu and non-uk agriculture. This product is not eligible for a return, although they have duped me into purchasing it with false advertising.

For people taking this i would recommend digital scales as taken as ateaspoon dose i found this was more then 2 grams

Surprisingly ive noticed some really odd things such as being able to think quickly and get words out quicker and can even type faster which was surprising
