Unless you're treating a deficiency you probably don't need to take a bunch of iron supplements, especially at this price.
It's expensive, but excellent quality and contains a 3 month supply.
The only issue that i have with this is that it is considerably higher in price than regular iron.

The price is 7x the other 65 mg iron tablets that i reviewed, however it must be due to the liposomal packaging.
Capsules were soft and the filler pretty finely divided.
