Pros

This is a good tasting creamy syrup, although, like some others,it has that citric kick at the end. I add this to my smoothie and it actually makes my smoothy sweeter. Shake the bottle and take three teaspoons with food.

This is as good as dr amy meyers or mercola. I really feel that my body is absorbing more of the vitamin and minerals in a liquid or chewable form than a pill.

The liposomal vit c and chelated zinc make all this highly absorb-able. Keeping our immune systems strong is more important than ever due to the current pandemic.
