The serving size is three capsules, 1500 mg; so each capsule is 500 mg.
These are capsules, because it is in liposomal form, a little large, not hard to *. The capsule is easier to * as it is clear coated and doesn't have a bad taste. The only issue i have with this supplement is the taste of the pill.
This vitamin c is amazing. Will order again. That's just crazy, and scary.

The supplement is more than vitamin "c" - there is quercetin, elderberries, citrus peels, and a few other ingredients.
I think it has reasonable price compare to other vitamin c products, as each bottle has 180 pills and it lasts for 2 months.

It’s proven to actually get the ascorbic acid into your system as opposed to other and much cheaper delivery methods oral pills chews liquids where it’s likely maybe only 10 of the c makes it through the gauntlet of your digestive system
