Pros

The board is heavier than i thought. The board was packaged well for shipping. This cutting board is very sturdy and looks beautiful.

This is definitely one of the best kitchen items that he loves to use the most. We love it so much that i would gift it to someone that utilizes their kitchen often.

The lip is a major advantage on a granite counter top. I like how the edge goes over the cupboard top so you can slide the food off easily. The added lip that keeps it secured to counter top is very attractive.

Cons

The grooves carved around the edges were not sanded and were not at all straight. If you look at the way the bottom board's grain is running, it is converse to the upper board'sgrain run and this is where the problem lies.

I bought another board from another seller and this one is far superior!

The bamboo is so nice looking compared to others i've purchased.

I'm not sure if we're just lucky in comparison to other reviewers but we have not sanded or oiled this cutting board at all.
