Pros

It features built-in dividers to sort and organize place setting pieces. This unit is the deepest i have seen yet, and i really appreciate that.

Don't regret the purchase at all. I am not disappointed by those two things. It makes me happy.

The bamboo works great in the light wood tone inside the drawer. I have a space-crunched kitchen, and this fits well in the top drawer.

It is very useful in the drawer to store utensils, or you can use it to put things. May have other uses as well as a household organizer other than for silverware.

Cons

This thing is flimsy. Find a different organizer. At least amazon's customer service is prompt and responsive.
