My 1996 oldsmobile cutlass supreme was always maintained extremely well, so i never really saw anything different.
Use this once a year (every second oil change) to make sure all contaminants are released from engine internals.
Used it on a second hand vehicle i recently purchased as a preventative/preemptive service as the maintenence history was unknown.
