Pros

Hyaluronic acid & 10000 mcg (10mg) of biotin. One tablespoon is the dosage, best taken with a meal and water. Bottle takes up much less room in my refrigerator, too.

The ingredients on this are phenomenal and definitely clinically proven to help prevent hair loss and grow stronger hair. This supplement also contains keratin and biotin to strengthen the hair.

Hair looks fuller than it is. Joints see a difference.

Cons

Afraid to consume the product. Poured the rest down the drain. Unfortunately, the flavor lingers, too.
