Pros

These help hydration immensely inside of those big brown hot boxes. Working in a shop with a 30ft 420 deg oven running, in florida, takes a lot out of a person.

For everyone stating it has cane sugar, so does gatorade. Athletes use that to hydrate during sporting events. This stuff is great after a night of drinking when you have stripped yourself of essential nutrients and vitamins.

The liquid iv has a good taste and it has eliminated my charley horses.

To be completely honest, with every sip you either get a strong hit of salt or sugar but besides that i felt hydrated for most of the day.

So much so, that i have to have it checked every two weeks and usually a bag of blood drawn and discarded about every four weeks.

Price

Just ordered $125 worth of this stuff thinking it was lemon lime based on the picture.

Packaging/appearance

Wondering why the 96 packets were not delivered in one large bag instead of 12 boxes containing 8 packets.

I found myself adding the packet to more water than what was recommended to lessen the intensity of the flavor (lemonade).

Competitiveness

The powder is also more plentiful than competing brands and i feel that it works much more effectively.

Obviously depends how much you drink but if you have 6-12 beers you'll be happy to have this instead of gator*id or similar products.

Some other options are better value and better tasting.
