Pros
Takes the hassle out of taking vitamins and deciphering if they are better in the morning or night. A bit pricey though. My only gripe is the bottle or packaging of the day vitamin.
Good night melatonin works good. This is my second round and my immunity has greatly improved. I am not exhausted anymore and in a better mood.
The taste is great also! The coconut flavor is my favorite. Both have a pleasant flavor. Never out of stock for subscribe and save.
