Pros

Turmeric is a strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory that's good for joint problems. These three supplements improve my osteoarthritis symptoms, reduce pain and improve mobility. This helps with the swelling and discomfort.

Liquid form is easier to * than pills. Not the best tasting, but it works faster and seems to last longer than the pill formula. Ideal for those who don't like capsules.

Whichever, it tastes good. It's a little sweet, but very drinkable. The label also advises to refrigerate after opening to preserve taste.
