Pros

Ionic zinc is mild enough that i can take it straight from the dropper without having to mix it with anything. The flavor is palatable on all, the quality is great. It's sweet and a little odd tasting but we take a sip of water and it's all good.

Cons

Mary ruth's ionic zinc is so sweet that it burns your tongue. The flavor is terrible.

The other brand is a 2 oz bottle containing 10mg zinc in only 5 drops. The dropper has no measurements.

I feel better from it, and it maybe mental, but isnt that 90% of it anyways, you are what you think.
