Pros

No leg cramps, no constipation (or diarrhea) and my calcium levels have been improving. Since it has magnesium and zinc in it as well i feel it's covering some of my other mineral needs.

The liquid is easy to take and flavorful. It's a bit pricey but it lasts a good amount of time. The flavor is decent, not as tasty as you could hope but palatable.

Cons

It is absolutely the nastiest tasting liquid i have ever swallowed. I can't handle the chalky taste because i was given so much milk of magnesia as a child.
