That particular case was military grade and it did not allow for the side cable entry clearance

I can tell you that they don’t tend to pull out easily

You have to actually grasp the head of the cable and pull it out which means this is less prone to failure because of people pulling on the cord to pull it out of the device

These ones are fairly sturdy but obviously youll still need to have a care with handling them but with the nature of the ends its a lot harder to break them but still doable if you cared to
