The bracket that holds the phone is very sturdy and has a lock to keep it from falling out. The clamp for the handlebars is also easy to use. Just needs to be a little bit tighter on the bar.
For viewing gps/navigation / calorie/workout info, navigating music playlists while riding it's an ace product. I have it cranked down tight because on a motorcycle. The little bit of roughness i ride through, it holds extremely well.
Cons

Once in place hit ht lock button which prevents it from being able to open back up while in locked mode
