It is very secure. Holds my iphone12 snuggly. Phone gripping is excellent and very easily adjusted. Connection behind phone loosens up so if using video it shudders a little.
It even is wide enough to hold my new samsung galaxy s22 ultra which is housed in an otterbox. I have an iphone 12 pro max and it’s in a catalyst waterproof case which makes it quite large. The pics are of my husband's phone which is in a regular case... Read More
Cons
For me, this one is a bust. It just keeps popping open and won't hold the phone. Now it is lousy and i need another one. How is wish phone holder is better then this lmao fail.

Ok i liked the fact that it fits the 2022 jeep grand cherokee that i drive as a taxi but it doesnt fit my 05 jeep liberty

The tabs on the side dont interfere too much with the volume button although sometimes it will push it up or down when you set the phone into the holder
