Pros & Cons
Pros
Tablet case has a hand * the back and built-in stand. Stand sits on ledge to keep tablets in place. Perfect for portable monitor.
This stand is sturdy, well made, adjustable and all around trusty from phone to tablet. The tables fits snug and secure and can be placed out of the way, never needing moved or fearing it will get soiled. It is adjustable to difrerent heights and angl... Read More
Great craftsmanship. It is beautifully designed. Sound quality is good too. That really is my only complaint.
I plan on using both for work, where i have to set up for contract negotiations at various locations. It folds up to 25mm. Fits neatly into my backpack. However, it fit in my wheeled carry-on luggage.
Cons
The flaw in design is the two tabs that the ipad sit on are not wide enough to secure the ipad. In portrait orientation, it constantly threatens to slide out. I'm not fond of the angle as my face looks flat.
Low cost off white molded plastic, the only metal is the base which is steel not aluminum or alloy. It also lists that the product is aluminum.

It is lightweight but sturdy and well made.
It can be adjusted by angle and height you need and it breaks down and packs easily and i could not work comfortably without this holder.

There is however one thing that bothers me and that is the shape of its 2 bottom lips
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The front ends of these lips are more of slight upward curve than a more traditional 90 degre wall stop and so it feels like any hard push to the upper screen area or accidental bump could knock the tablet off
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
This becomes even a bigger issue if you use a tablet case with rounded edges as seen in the picture ive added

If this holder had the more traditional lip design i would have called it perfect

This is a good stand for a phone or tablet but not steady for a small monitor as described

I have my kindle in a flip cover which is rather thick and heavy duty and while the cover is 34supposed34 to shore up the kindle it almost always slips and falls flat to table
