Pros
The stand is super sturdy, very easy to install and i am sure i will be using it a ton. The only issue i have with it is not the magnet it is with the adhesive.
Placed it right above the cd player. No budge and the collapsible feature is amazing. I love that it folds down flat when not in use & that it’s adjustable in multiple directions. I have a mercedes-benz and most of the dashboard is leather.
Cons
The magnet is great, but the sticker is just not it. The adhesive isn't strong enough either to stick to my car. The hinges is not tight anything so it keeps tilting down. Could be great if ratcheting device in the base were much stronger.

I contacted the company and they sent a replacement right away i have been using it for months and i love it!
However, the customer service came through and is sending me a 2nd replacement adhesive (i specifically asked for just that).

As long as it is placed on a smooth surface it will stick until you take it off
