I bought this iphone magsafe holder for my work truck love it so much it works amazing the magnets are strong super easy to set up and use.
After about 5 months i had one of the hinges crack and it lost its holding power.
After about 11 months one of the hinges cracked and i was unable to position with phone attached because arm kept going down.

I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement unit very quickly.
They responded quickly and have sent me a replacement.
