I don't like share these things but it's really disappointing to count on something for a purpose and never be able to complete the task.

The attachment that is included for reaching into small spaces also does not stay attached.

However, there must be something internally faulty in these devices that shuts them off after a several second run time.

    Update 2 while i was pleased to announce that i was immediately sent a new vacuum and when i tested it it worked

    In the video i posted below i show how everytime i used mine it would shut off no matter what
