Pros
The magnet is stronger and the device tightens very well to the vent. It holds strong without being overly strong. Very strong magnetic.
Customer service is superb! Thank you very much for being responsible seller. Good packaging and many extras come with them as well. This purchase replaces a similar product that i hav before it broke.
Solid and secure, while still allowing swivel tilt. It screws tightly into the vent and is adjustable without floppy around. The navi on my car is old and i use google maps and this product supports that.
Cons
The magnet/suction is too powerful. I have a magnetic case and it just fell right off!

Can be a little annoying to navigate with other peoples phones because they need a magnet on their case
