Pros

The retractable cables work great. It stays compact and untangled in its own auto-retracting plastic shell. There has been an occasional retraction problem. It retracts nicely, but it is relatively short.

Gone are the days of a jumble of cords and plugs on my side table. Quality has never disappoint. My only complaint with this is the cord length.

Fantastic device for travel. I'm likely to take it with me when traveling also as without the longer cord tangle, it will be easier to manage on a plane and in hotels.

The lisen charging cable comes in a black box secured in a plastic tray. The cable works for charging as advertised.

You can't just retract one side, both go in or out evenly. I thought there would be 5 charging cables in one; there's not.
