Pros

The ipad pro fits snuggly and perfectly in the opening. Fit perfectly in my buick envision. Fit a phone, ipad mini and nintendo switch screen beautifully.

This comes in handy for my ipad when traveling. It keeps the kids entertained. No more screaming crying car rides!

The grip on the device is firm and holds the thick tablet in place. It holds my ipad and my phone it is very versatile! Holds my samsung 10. Galaxy tablet with no problem.

Cons

It fits old generation of car models with very thin bar not more than 4 to 5 millimeters. Clip that pops around the headrest is not the right plastic. It is brittle and doesn't flex enough. It only clicks it each side is freely adjustable in length.

Don't accept the andore comment listed. What a chaotic product.
