Pros

The customer service people are also friendly and awesome. I appreciate their efforts with making this a positive and hassle free experience.

This is the most stable stand i have found, especially for heavier tablets. The plastic clamp is durable and is more than enough for tablets 12. This not only frees up space on the side table, it freees up your hands and your lap!

Cons

After a while even that will be too heavy and it'll just droop down. Nothing there to tighten. Messing with this product to get it to stay in place is a major distraction for a three-year-old.

Small piece that holds the ipad connector shatters when you attach an ipad. Tablet clamp is not widen enough to go from long end to long end.

I bought this fully expecting it would be trash, but it is actually pretty solid and useful.

The arm itself is good and high quality.
