Pros
It holds my tablet. That requires loosening a number of joints and tightening them back up again. Tightened up the hinges and it stays put.
The craftsmanship is truly outstanding, instilling a sense of confidence in its performance and reliability. Not a single cheaply made part to it. It moves smoothly as if it's butter, yet maintains its stability without shaking or rattling.
Fine for me. Ith up to 5 meetings every day. It’s easy to work and set up wherever you need. Pretty easy to setup.
Best feature is that on the tablet mount itself, there's a little handle on the backside of the spring-loaded grip, so you can pull it open to insert or remove your tablet, without risking pinching your fingers. Comes with some clips to guide your wir... Read More
Cons
I find the arm of this mount seriously lacking. The small piece that holds the ipad connector shatters when you attach an ipad.
The tablet clamp is not widen enough to go from long end to long end. I was forced to mount the tablet clamp at top and bottom. My fear is, i will go to the bench and find the tablet has dropped out of the clamp. Maybe damaging it, knocking over liqui... Read More

It began to droop and sag within a few months of purchase and by the end would barely support a 7” tablet

I replaced it with one that was held in place by a screwon clamp and it’s position was adjusted with allen screws

I tried a desk stand that was too low and angled upward bad view for calls
