Still had to pull clips loose and pull headlight slightly out due to clearance

The tool is not ratcheting but is a smooth turning mechanism and in one direction only

Worked fine for turning the adjuster except that had to pull the headlight assembly out to get it started because the head on the tool is pretty wide and there wasnt enough clearance until i made a few turns
