Pros & Cons
Pros
It makes it easy to retract the caliper pistons quickly and effectively. Just slide the plate back and squeeze the trigger slowly to compress the pistons.
Highlights
Quality
Good strong quality tool for brake jobs
Very well built, would definitely recommend to the diy mechanic.
This tool is for single piston calipers not twin or tripple

Price
For $40 it is absolutely worth it.
I wanted to save a couple hundred bucks so i decided to change my wife's brake pads and rotors myself over the weekend.
Amazon charges $15-20 less for this item than most retailers so i was happy about that.
Shipping
3 days later i received a replacement in the mail.
Honestly, i did not try it yet but will do so in weeks to come.
Packaging/appearance
The black circular piece to pull the silver rod-piston arm back was on there, but the other side wasn't.
Competitiveness
I would recommend this tool to any technician or diyer.
