Pros

Tool is one rugged puppy. The tool itself is sturdy, and the bit held up too.

There's no instructions included, but it's pretty self explanatory. Only thing missing is an instruction guide. Would recommend to the professional technician.

I emailed lisle late on a sunday, got a response the next morning and the part was shipped that afternoon.

It was fast and no question, it's taken care of.

Packaging/appearance

It came in a open package that was sealed in an amazon box.

The impact screwdriver arrived pretty beat up looking.

It comes out of the box with a sort of patina to it that may be artificial, but looks quite nice.

Some cars use phillips, jis, or torx fasteners on brake calipers or other external components.
