Been dealing with def tanks for years now and there is no “easy” way to drop them that’s why ford put the pump on the bottom now

These disconnects at least leave you with both hands free to wrestle the filler off the tankpro tip spray brake clean or soapy water into the connector before trying to take them apart it may save you from breaking a connector
