Pros

These are simple, but exactly what i need to get hoses disconnected easily. It even provides more leverage when connections become corroded and difficult to disconnect. Works on a 09 charger.

Comfortable to handle and ergonomically. Either way works. Can be life savers under the right circumstances. They are a bit pricey however.

Cons

The fork prongs are too close together to put the tubing between, and if it does fit, then the distance between the forks are too far apart to clamp down on the spring tool. You still have to finish the actual connection by hand, and it can not discon... Read More

Worked perfectly on super hard terrible duramax lb7 fuel lines.

Getting the gas line connected and disconnected on a class c motor home ( ford chassis) was nearly impossible with out this tool

Price

Use this tool, shipped fast, at a reasonable price, once and it will more than pay for itself.

This is how diyers fill garages- cluttered, but all paid for- go for it.

Worth the price just making the job easier for that reason alone .

Bmw is notorious for packing everything so tightly and designing parts that are not easily serviced.
